rabbit hole, 6.19.2011.

Theresia Gouw Ranzetta, managing partner at Accel Partners, discussed the venture capital trends, equity bubble insights, and initial public offerings in the technology industry with Deirdre Bolton of Bloomberg's "Inside Track." Accel is the financing entity behind notable companies likely to be favorited on your web browser; Facebook and Etsy amongst the trendiest. The Winklevoss twins shan't threaten the aforementioned's bottom-line any longer. The latter, Brooklyn based Etsy, of which I recently swiped a pair of classic 1980's denim, a rising star in their BCG matrix.

The East Coast is uncharacteristically bustling with turn of the century web-based fervor; Accel positioning itself in NYC to ride the "non-bubble" out in true venture capitalist fashion.

Ever been regaled with old family tales of how great-great-great Uncle Joe caught consumption in backwoods Virginia and at his funeral awakened from his macabre slumber to the chagrin of the kinfolk in attendance? Because in old-timey 'ginia stolid comas could have easily been mistaken for death? And in the midst of the shock of regaining lucidity at his own spiritual exit partay Uncle Joe has a panic attack that escalates to a heart attack that escalates to nothing. Because he died ya'll. Again.
This bit from Asiatic Russia reminds me of that.
RIP Uncle Joe!

The fourth season of HBO's "True Blood" premiers Sunday. In preparation GQ delivers a salacious shoot and inside with cast member Joe Manganiello. Yup.

The Affordable Care Act dubbed /"Obamacare" protesters profess regular vituperation POTUS' direction. "Healthcare is a privilege, not a right !" they exclaim. "Get job!" they sneer. James Richard Verone, a 59-year-old convenience store clerk, walked into a Gastonia, N.C., bank and handed the cashier a note demanding $1 and medical attention. Then he waited calmly for police to show up. Verone's problems started when he lost the job he'd held for 17 years as a Coca Cola deliveryman, amid the economic downturn. He found new work driving a truck, but it didn't last. Eventually, he took a part-time position at the convenience store. Suffering from chronic lower back pain, arthritis, and recently finding a protrusion on his chest, the pain crippled his ability to work effectively. Options limited, Verone reasoned the prison system the only institution sanctioned by law to administer speedy and burden-free healthcare. "If you don't have your health you don't have anything." Verone said. Deep.

B R E A K I N G NEWS TODAY. New York is set to become the sixth, and largest, state in the union to adopt gay marriage. The bill will take effect 30 days after governor Andrew Cuomo signs it into law. The decision, which passed 33-29 on the Albany New York state senate floor, was the culmination of weeks of contentious debate and negotiations between Governor Cuomo and the GOP-controlled Senate.

As culturally appointed purveyor of equality, Lady Gaga tweeted late this evening.

"I can't stop crying. We did it kids."

"The revolution is ours to fight for love, justice+equality. Rejoice NY, and propose. We did it!!!"

That blasted homosexual agenda is upholding the verity of the constitution.

Three snaps in "Z" formation to Generation Y!
